My name is Helen Hiscox,
my friends call me H, and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer &
Advanced Instructor in addition to being a qualified Advanced Boxercise, Kids Boxercise, Kick Boxercise Instructor and Boxercise Personal Trainer. I am also a Kettlercise Instructor. At the beginning of 2018, I qualified in pre and post natal training. Having exercised throughout my second pregnancy and seen the benefits, I am excited to add this to my skillset.
I left full time work within the finance industry in 2005 to have children but soon realised it wasn’t easy to continue doing the sports I enjoyed such as swimming, squash and fencing (swords, not garden!).
I became interested in Personal Training as a way of helping me get back into shape and found I could easily fit in the exercise around my young family. Phoebe (12) and Theo (9) are used to Mummy taking part in a variety of exercise, including running, swimming, exercise classes, cycling, boxing, skiing and water-skiing/wakeboarding (on holiday!).
I also enjoy cooking, holidays, gardening and cocktail nights on Saturday evening with Tim, my husband.
